There are plenty of doctors who can cut you up and move stuff around, but Dr. Fairbanks has an artistic background and his eye for art and form is something you can't find in most plastic surgeons. My passion to help others comes from experiencing my own struggles with concussions and spine conditions. As an athlete, I found myself with a severe spinal condition involving fractures and disc herniations at the ripe age of 13. Not long after that, I experienced multiple concussions and couldn't find the resources needed to completely recover. After taking my health into my own hands and rehabilitating myself, I made it my mission to help others dealing with post-concussion symptoms and spine injuries.

Dr. Grant A. Fairbanks is a graduate of Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia. He completed an internship in El Paso, Texas at William Beaumont Army Medical Center. Thereafter Dr. Fairbanks served as a General Medical Officer in the U.S. Military at Raymond W. Bliss Army Community Hospital at Fort Huachuca, Arizona. His training in both General Surgery and Plastic Surgery was completed at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, Pennsylvania, affiliated with Penn State University. He is a board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties.
